Making homemade pasta takes a long time. Especially when you're stuffing enough ravioli for 12 people who are so hungry, they just attacked an entire veggie tray in a matter of minutes.



Fettuccine+laundry=yummers.




The result is worth the four or five hours of labor....


and if you're not into getting your hands dirty, you can just play with the decorative manger set all evening.

I'm back from Seattle. It was as lovely as I expected it to be...



...but you see, showing you all that beauty seems a little trite. This trip wasn't about art and the unique Pacific Northwest charm of Seattle, this trip was really all about kittens.

Kittens playing hide and seek,

kittens playing with brooms,

kittens telling secrets,

kittens looking a little off,

kittens drinking beer,

kittens getting fresh,

and kittens doing something I prefer not to discuss.



Please, let us not ever forget the kittens.
